• Structural Features: It usually adopts a disc structure, featuring fast response and light operation. The valve hole is processed by high-precision finishing technology, and the integral die-casting forming ensures good airtightness and long service life.
• Specifications and Parameters: Commonly three-position four-way type, with various models such as HV-02, HV-03, HV-04, etc. The connection port diameters include G1/8" and G1/4", and the effective flow area ranges from 12mm² to 16mm². The working medium is 40-micron filtered air, with a working pressure range of generally 0-0.8MPa and a maximum pressure resistance of 1.2MPa. The working temperature is -5-65°C. The valve body is mostly made of aluminum alloy, and the seals are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber).
• Product Characteristics: It has a light and smooth reversing rotation, good hand feel, and accurate positioning. The large effective flow area results in low pressure loss. It offers two installation forms (panel and bottom) for easy installation in different scenarios.
